Polar Bears are losing their home due to Climate Change; the ice is melting. Their foundations are crumbling. I assume they feel fear. My inner child still holds fear from her foundations crumbling.

Polar bears are also incredibly strong and adaptable. I know I have these strengths within me now, as an adult, but I am still learning how to use them to give my inner child the compassion and safety she deserves.
